The absence of an affordable wellhead compressors for use in the oil and gas industry spurred Ronald Morrison to come up with his own design. He was successful in building an integral engine/compressor that was relatively inexpensive and this started Titan Compressor Systems Inc. His company offers wellhead compressors ranging from 42 to 55 hp. The Titan integral engine/compressor and a separable unit employ Ford industrial V-8 engines.
