Speaking to about 130 business people and officials Friday, Anthony Coscia, chairman of the board of commissioners of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, said he has had to deal with airport delays just like everybody else, "and I always want to strangle someone."

"Then it occurs to me that I'm the one who would get strangled," Coscia said to laughs from his audience.
