A total of three consortiums submitted offers for the concession of Chile's Puerto Montt-Pargua stretch of the Ruta 5 Sur highway, the public works ministry (MOP) reported in a release.
The bidding consortiums are: Vial Chile, comprising the firms Besalco, Belfi and Icafal; Concesiones Viarias, which includes Dragados; and another headed by Sacyr Concesiones.
The Puerto Montt-Pargua stretch in region X will require an estimated US$157mn investment that includes the construction of a 55km four-lane highway stretch and ...
