A local company has been awarded both the Fresno wastewater project and the system that would connect Pearl Valley to Fresno, eventually carrying waste to the West Lafayette wastewater treatment plant.
William Albert Inc., though not the lowest bidder, was awarded the Fresno system by a resolution passed by Coshocton County Commissioners at its regular meeting Wednesday.
