Governor George E. Pataki has announced additional development totaling $65 million at New Rochelle Center, the cornerstone of New Rochelle's downtown revitalization, bringing the total project value to $170 million. The New Rochelle Center project will create 860 construction jobs, followed by 1,325 permanent jobs.
