Aug. 23--Changes are coming to Paradise -- and to a number of other power plants in Kentucky.

The changes will bring cleaner air and higher electric bills.

Next month, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is expected to tell Kentucky and 21 other states that their coal-fired power generating plants are putting out too much nitrogen oxide, a key ingredient in smog.
