Nebraska Fund Receives $5 Million from Fannie Mae for Affordable Housing.

Jul. 27--The Equity Fund of Nebraska has received $5 million to finance about 350 affordable housing units throughout the state from Fannie Mae, the nation's largest source of home mortgage funds.
Other investors in the Equity Fund of Nebraska include Berkshire Hathaway, Commercial Federal Affordable Housing, Farmers and Merchants Investment, Guarantee Life Companies, Norwest Bank Nebraska, U.S. Bancorp Community Development, First Commerce Bancshares and United Nebraska Bank.
