(ADPnews) - Sep 10, 2009 - Italian solar power company TerniEnergia SpA (BIT:TER) has completed the acquisition of three solar companies, Capital Solar, Newcoenergy and Investimenti Infrastrutture, based in Nardo, Apulia, TerniEnergia said Wednesday.
