Hatboro, Pa., Air Conditioning Company Shifts Focus to Internet Services.

Jul. 14--Although it's midsummer, ICC Technologies Inc. gave up air conditioning last week and headed for the torrid Internet market.

ICC, of Hatboro, said it will sell the assets and a 50 percent stake in its core air conditioning business to the unit's management team and focus solely on its Internet services subsidiary, Rare Medium Inc. The company did not disclose the purchase price.

The air conditioning unit, Fresh Air Solutions, will operate as a private company with its 50 employees.
