Monday, Sept. 21, at St. Ignatius Episcopal Church, 500 Depot St., Antioch, with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. Fr. Timothy J. Squier, Rector, officiating. Interment will follow in Millburn Cemetery, Old Mill Creek, Ill. Born Feb. 10, 1928, in Richmond, Va., the son of the late John Augustine Ruffin Jr. and Mary Ball Saunders Ruffin, he passed away Wednesday.
