The Quick Frozen Foods magazine started publishing in 1938. Its name was change to Frozen Foods Digest after it was purchased from its then publisher Harcourt Brace Jovanovich in 1985. The magazine publishes manufacturing, distribution and technological issues related to frozen foods. The first issue, which was only 2,000 in circulation, consisted of 64 pages.
