Louis Leviticus may have retired from the Nebraska Tractor Testing Lab, but that doesn't mean he has any intention of retiring from the fight to keep the lab viable, which means blocking the passage of LB192. The bill, which is before the Nebraska Legislature, would end the testing requirement for tractors sold in that state, and is primarily the work of implement dealers in the state, says Leviticus.
Nebraska is the only state in the union with such a law on its books, but its influence spreads far beyond the state line.
