(TSX VENTURE:SD)(FRANKFURT:SY7)(OTCBB:SIDNF) Sidon International Resources Corp. wishes to announce that it has entered into an option agreement with an arms length vendor to acquire property prospective for lithium covering up to 8 townships (approximately 160,000 acres) of land prospective for lithium in Alberta.
Sidon will pay the vendor, $75,000 cash, and issue 6,000,000 shares of Sidon and grant a 3-per-cent net smelter return royalty, with an option to buy ...
