One of the largest hydroelectric stations in the world was stopped in the result of a blast, causes of which are being established, in Russia on the night of August 16-17. The accident completely destroyed three blocks of Sayano-Shushenskaya plant. Nearly all hydroelectric sets of the plant were damaged because there was water in the turbine room.
