Reko International Group has adopted the assembly line manufacturing process as a way of improving throughput and accuracy in the production of mold and dies. The process involves the breaking down of operations into manufacturing steps and arranging these steps to occur simultaneously. The only danger in applying this assembly line technique happens when one is ill-prepared from the details and subsequent manufacturing requirements of each step.
