JOHNSTOWN, Pa., April 29 /PRNewswire/ -- In order to prepare for the future, the Board of Trustees of Crown American Realty Trust has approved the creation of the Office of Chairman to include Frank Pasquerilla, Chairman and CEO; Mark Pasquerilla, President of the Company since 1990 and John Kriak, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 1995. The announcement was made at the Company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders this morning.
