Polish school is ready for its second year.(Neighbor)

On a map, Naperville is about 4,700 miles from Warsaw, Poland. Some local Polish families, though, are trying to ensure their children feel much closer to their heritage.
To help them, the Helena Modjeska Polish School in Naperville offers weekly classes in Polish language, history and culture for children in preschool through high school.
In its first school year, the program welcomed 120 students who learned about Poland and strengthened their ties to the local Polish community. The school is now enrolling students for its second school year.
