We talk about art all the time, said George Kremer when we met in a booth at the Maastricht art fair this ear. Yes, grinned his wife, Ilone. 'Even in the bath. 'And in bed', he added. The art they mostly talk about is Dutch and Flemish 17th-century painting, of which they have assembled a formidable collection in just 15 years.
