Risk management technologies that calculate limits are not yet mature, and have yet to fully meet industry needs. These alarming findings, revealed in a report published by Massachusetts-based Meridien Research, are of particular importance to banks, especially in this environment of heightened awareness from the regulators, as they refer to all systems designed to measure limits of credit risk, market risk and liquidity risk.
