Constitutional justice supports the continuation of affirmative action in a more honest form. Affirmative action measures should be open and explicit and the true intent to further particular races or groups should be admitted and embraced. Affirmative action is a minor positive step to remedy the past destruction of a culture and should not be terminated until equal opportunity is realized.
Affirmative action is so burning it's boring. Why? Partly because so much of what one sees...
