International Alliance Services, Inc. (IASI) has announced the acquisition of four more accounting firms. They are (1) Philip Rootberg & Company, LLP of Chicago, IL ($11 million in revenue), (2) Shenkin Kurtz Baker & Co., P.C. of Englewood, CO ($6.5 million in revenue), (3) Carpenter, Kuhen & Sprayberry with offices in Bakersfield and Oxnard, CA ($7 million in revenue) and (4) Smith & Radigan of Atlanta, GA.
