Jo Noero Architects designed the offices of Velocity Films in Johannesburg, South Africa. The design evokes the industrial, transient nature of film production. Dedicated work spaces were minimized to provide for more expansive common social areas. A continuous terrace is located along the north side of the building, which is arranged around a two-storey internal street. The building also maximizes the use of natural light and ventilation.
