SEOUL, July 8 Asia Pulse - A self-professed "Seoul addict," Japanese housewife Mariko Yoshinaga loves everything about the South Korean capital, from its busy shopping districts and jovial people to the distinctive scent of its streets.
One thing she cannot stand, however, is the city's taxi service, which she bitterly calls a "rip-off."
