"Prison was a blessing in disguise," Chef Jeff Henderson told General Session II attendees at the Tuesday luncheon. It was the first time Henderson was told that he had potential--aside from the drug dealers who picked up on his potential to sell and manufacture crack.

Henderson, an award-winning chef, best-selling author and host of the Food Network's "The Chef Jeff Project," served nearly a decade in federal prison on crack charges.
