Associated Press - A dispute over a beer named after a Lakota spiritual leader does not belong in tribal court, the brewer told a federal appeals court in St. Paul, MN, last week.
The estate of Crazy Home bled a lawsuit in 1993 in the Rosebud Tribal Court in South Dakota asking Hornell Brewing Co. to stop what it considers the defamatory use of the Crazy Horse name on The Original Crazy Horse Malt Liquor.
