Largest Holiday Hospitality Franchisee
DALLAS, Feb. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Bristol Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: BH) announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 20 Midwestern hotels, with a total of 3,456 rooms. The transaction, valued at $100 million, represents a 14 percent increase in Bristol's owned rooms and extends its presence to five new markets.
