Jan. 31--Air Alaska, an aircraft leasing company that is purchasing a majority stake in Pan Am Air Bridge, said Friday it is considering adding a land-based commuter airline, Pan Am Express, linking Florida and the Caribbean, and launching nonstop jet service between Miami and Anchorage. The company may even relocate its headquarters here, its chief executive said.
