A study was conducted to determine whether the common malingering tests can predict malingering among mentally retarded defendants. Three types of tests were used in the study which are the Dot Counting Test, Memory for Fifteen Items Test and the M-Test. Results show that the three types of test can not be used in determining malingering among mentally retarded defendants.
