Local history buff Whir Rylee turned his lifelong avocation into a vocation several years ago, when he started Mango Tours. Now downtown drivers are used to seeing a tall, blond young man with wire-rimmed glasses striding down the street, with a flock of attentive tourists trailing in his wake.
