Medina Mitsubishi likely will be under new management soon after a tumultuous two weeks of dueling legal moves and countermoves.

Since May 29, four legal actions have been filed involving Medina Mitsubishi in Medina Township and Mitsubishi Motors North America Inc. of Cypress, Calif., and its credit subsidiary. Three of the lawsuits ask for the return of cars and money to the manufacturer and the fourth, filed by the longtime owner of Medina Mitsubishi, Medina Imports LLC, claims the dealership is being forced out of business.
