SANTA ANA, Calif. -- An Orange County Probate Judge today rejected for a second time a petition by the ex-wife of Dr. Henry T. Nicholas, III to gain control of the Nicholas Family Trust.

Judge Mary Fingal Schulte dismissed the petition of Stacey Nicholas without permission to amend.
