ATHOL - There have been lost cows, fugitive sheep, wandering dogs and feral roosters running around town, but this week someone should call NBC.
There's a peacock on the loose.
Since about May 28, police and Animal Control Officer Jennifer Arsenault have been pursuing the symbol of NBC television - a colorful young peacock that has been appearing in various locations around town.
