The Civil Service Tribunal issued a judgement(1), which sheds light on the nature of decisions by the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) to transmit information to the judicial authorities when it concerns officials of the European Communities.
At the beginning of the investigation into OLAF, there were alarming figures concerning accident declarations made by staff of the Joint Research Centre (JRC) in Ispra (Italy).
