ROCHDALE Hedwig H. "Al" (Kozlowski) Woodhead, 95, of 997 Stafford St., Rochdale, a section of Leicester, died Saturday, May 30th at Quaboag on the Common in West Brookfield.
She was the wife of Carroll J. Woodhead who died in 1967. She leaves several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by two brothers, Anthony Kozlowski in 2004 and Henry Kozlowski in 1993, two sisters; Anna Synkoski and Statia Richinick both in 1998.
Born in Auburn, she was the daughter of Anthony & Anielia (Slezski) Kozlowski and has lived in Rochdale since 1936.
