Russian should be second language in Sevastopol, says city council head

Sevastopol, May 26 (Interfax-Ukraine) - Russian should be the second language in Sevastopol, Head of the Sevastopol City Council Valeriy Saratov has stated.

After meeting the citizens of Balaklava, Saratov told the press that "if the rest of Ukraine doesn't want Russian to be Ukraine's second state language, it should be allowed in the regions that demand it."
