Dec. 11--The Money Store Inc. began trading its common and preferred stock on the New York Stock Exchange on Wednesday under the symbol "MON." The fast-growing financial services company, which has its West Coast headquarters in Sacramento, previously was traded on the NASDAQ stock market under the symbol "MONE."
