Weather Gods smile on capital, showers bring down mercury.

New, Delhi,. Ma -- A duststorm coupled with freak showers this afternoon toppled the mercury in Delhi, bringing much needed relief to people from the heatwave sweeping the Capital city over the past few days.
The duststorms, which hit the city all of a sudden at around 1415 hrs, led to a five degree drop in the maximum temperature of the day, from a muggy 42.0 degrees Celsius to a slightly tolerable 37 degrees C.
