ULSTER threw away the chance of a piece of rugby history in Paris yesterday.

This could, and probably should, have been Ulster's first ever Heineken win on French soil. But by the end of a thrilling game at Stade Jean Bouin, questions were turned to Ulster coach Matt Williams. Why on earth did he panic by making changes so soon, when Ulster were in charge, 11-6 ahead, early in the second half ?
