In Aristophanes' play Lysistrata, the women of Greece go on a sex strike in hopes of forcing their menfolk to end the Peloponnesian War. The first week of May saw a real-life Lysistrata strategy being acted out in Kenya. Recall the disturbances that followed the election of December 2007 in that country.
