SOUTHBRIDGE - The Department of Public Works will hold an open house at its new 66,000-square-foot building on Guelphwood Road from 9 a.m. to noon May 16.
Workers have volunteered to be at their usual locations. There will be informal tours. There will be equipment on which children can sit as long as they are supervised by a parent or guardian. Light refreshments will be available.
The event kicks off National Public Works Week, May 17 to 23.
