At the Pittsburgh monastery where she lives with 69 other Benedictine nuns, Sister Regina Heyl, 95, rises each morning at 5:30 A.M. She dresses in her habit, tucking her gray hair beneath the corners of her veil. She'll get in her wheelchair end head down to the kitchen. She'll butter the toast, arrange the jellies just so. Before heading to chapel, she'll help the crew with the dishes.
