Dana Corp.'s Spicer Clark-Hurth Off-Highway Components Group has a built-in global approach to its operations. Group pres. Nick Cole spends most of his time in Europe to manage the company's overseas facilities. The division maintains 12 manufacturing and six technical facilities in four countries. The division, which has an extensive range of powertrain products, started its global focus when Clark Hurth was acquired from Ingersoll-Rand and merged with the Spicer Off-Highway Division.
