Sonny Saini is explaining to me the meaning of the upside down triangle which features prominently on his business card, alongside a photograph of him. The triangle is the organisation. Usually staff are at the top and people who use services are at the bottom but at Thurrock Lifestyle Solutions (TLS) Ythe order is reversed: the sharp point faces down and the large base area is shown at the top. Sonny grins as he says: "This is because people with learning difficulties are in charge".
