Umm Al-Qaiwain, May 2, 2009 (WAM) - Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al-Qaiwain,H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, today sent a cable of condolence to Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani on the death of Sheikh Fahad bin Jassem bin Mohammed Al Abdul Rahman Al Thani, Minister of Enterprises and Trade.
