Frank C. Peters, Jr., 54, of Fulton, passed away Monday at Veteran's Hospital. He was a former employee of the Veteran's Hospital of eight years. He also was an employee of Syracuse University Parking and Transit as an enforcement officer for eight years. Frank worked at Jamesville Penitentiary for fourteen years.
He is survived by his wife and constant companion of eleven years, Penny ...
