A*STAR, Lombardy Forge Further Links For Science Partnership.

Singapore, Apr 23, 2009 - (ACN Newswire) - The Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) announced today that Mr Lim Chuan Poh, Chairman of A*STAR, signed a Memorandum of Intent (MOI) with Mr Massimo Buscemi, Minister for Public Utilities and Sustainable Development for the regionof Lombardy, Italy, to expand scientific collaborative activities between scientists from A*STAR and Lombardy. The signing, which took place in Milan, was witnessed by Singapores Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong and Senior Minister of State (Trade and Industry) S Iswaran.
