REDWOOD SHORES, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 6, 1997--Dynasty Technologies Inc. today announced that NOVOgroup, a leading systems integrator based in Finland, has standardized its business on the DYNASTY Development Environment for building and deploying mission-critical applications.
