COTABATO CITY (April 17) -- The Brunei Darussalam-Indonesia-Malaysia-Philippines East ASEAN Growth Area Business Council has expanded the Philippines' wings by giving Palawan an official third seat in the three-member Philippine representative to the economic growth area. In its recent meeting in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, the BIMP-EAGA Business Council board granted Palawan's private sector a seat in the board to drum up private sector participation in EAGA.
