Delhi, UPR Sign Interim Agreement on Bearcat Unit No.1 Well; UPR Commits Four Future Pinnacle Reef Wells to Delhi

DALLAS, Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- USX-Delhi Group (NYSE: DGP) announced today that Delhi Gas Pipeline Corporation has entered into an interim agreement with Union Pacific Resources Group Inc. (NYSE: UPR) that provides for Delhi to transport and treat initial production from UPR's Bearcat Unit No.1, a Pinnacle Reef well in Leon County, Texas. UPR previously announced that this well tested at a rate in excess of 26 million cubic feet per day (MMcf/d).

As part of the agreement, UPR also has agreed to dedicate production from its first four productive Pinnacle Reef ...
