AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- American Bingo & Gaming Corp. (Nasdaq: BNGO) announced today that it has entered into a letter of intent with Coats & Norman, a general partnership, regarding the possible development of a bingo and gaming center in North Beach, Maryland. Upon the successful completion of due diligence activities and the securing of necessary financing and licensing, of which there can be no assurance, the Company expects to exercise its real estate options to open this center in 1998.
